FLOWER COMPOSITION
In this series "Flower Composition", I am painting flowers for the first time since my mother died twenty-three years ago, when I then painted a black flower in deep mourning for her loss. Only now I do feel strong enough to express in my own way, with my abstract paintings, my admiration for the immense beauty of the flowers.
My art is an expression of my thoughts and my emotions, a continuation of my own feelings. I wish you feel the same joy I felt when I painted it.
Mixed Media on Paper
I use mixed media for my paintings because it gives me the opportunity to explore many possibilities for expressing myself using as many materials as I want.
