Lotus Provence

Lotus is the symbol of spiritual knowledge. In Tantra stands the

Lotus flower for the feminine element: the earth, indicated by the horizontality.

Lotus Provence was again produced in Aix-en-Provence. My university city, where Cézanne and van Gogh had inspired me to remain for so many years exploring its sites and the marvellous light that prevails all year long. Clearly a terre de peintre. Un motif eternelle.

In Kandinsky's sense, I use colors as the language of the soul. They have no form yet

a direct access to the collective subconscious of all times.
